StarrTuner is a guitar tuner designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the App or any part of its code or design.

2. Microphone Access

The App requires microphone access to detect pitch. Audio is processed locally on your device only. We do not record, store, or transmit audio data.

You may revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings, but this may limit app functionality.

3. No Warranty

StarrTuner is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy and stability, we cannot guarantee perfect tuning detection on all devices or under all environmental conditions.

You use the App at your own discretion. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of the App.

4. Payments and Purchases

StarrTuner is a one-time paid app on the Google Play Store. All payments are processed by Google. We do not access or store your payment information.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for unlawful activities, and you agree not to interfere with or disrupt its functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the necessary performance requirements to run the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, visuals, code, features, and branding belong to StarrBase and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You are not granted any ownership rights by using the App.

7. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with your device or operating system.
